Terms of Use
- Article 1 (Purpose)
These terms and conditions aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the company (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the users (hereinafter referred to as "the Users") concerning the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided by the Company.
- Article 2 (Definitions)
"Services" refer to all online services provided by the Company.
"Users" refer to both members and non-members who use the services provided by the Company under these terms and conditions.
"Members" refer to individuals who have registered as members by providing personal information to the Company and can use the services provided by the Company.
"Non-members" refer to individuals who use the services provided by the Company without registering as members.
- Article 3 (Notification, Effectiveness, and Amendment of Terms)
The Company posts the contents of these terms and conditions on the initial screen of the services to ensure that users can easily access them.
The Company may amend these terms and conditions if deemed necessary, and the amended terms will be announced on the initial screen of the services, specifying the application date and the reasons for the amendments, from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date.
If a user does not agree with the amended terms, they can stop using the services and withdraw. If the user continues to use the services after the effective date of the amended terms, it is considered that the user has agreed to the changes.
- Article 4 (Provision and Modification of Services)
The Company provides the following services:
• Information provision services
• Search services
• Any additional services developed by the Company or provided through partnership agreements with other companies
The Company can change the contents and methods of providing the services and, unless otherwise stipulated by related laws, is not obliged to compensate the users separately.
- Article 5 (Interruption of Services)
The Company may temporarily interrupt the provision of the services in the following cases:
Unavoidable circumstances due to maintenance work on equipment
When a period telecommunications service provider stops providing telecommunications services as stipulated in the Telecommunications Business Act
Other force majeure reasons
The Company will notify users in advance or afterward about the reasons and the duration of the temporary interruption of service provision.
- Article 6 (User Obligations)
Users must not engage in the following activities:
Registering false information during application or changes
Misusing others' information
Conducting commercial activities using the services without prior approval from the Company
Any other illegal or improper activities
Users must comply with related laws, the provisions of these terms and conditions, and the guidelines and notices regarding the services.
- Article 7 (Personal Information Protection)
The Company strives to protect users' personal information as required by related laws. The handling of users' personal information is governed by related laws and the Company's Privacy Policy.
- Article 8 (Copyright and Use Restrictions)
Copyright and other intellectual property rights for the works created by the Company belong to the Company.
Users must not use or allow third parties to use information obtained through the services for commercial purposes by reproducing, transmitting, publishing, distributing, or broadcasting it without prior approval from the Company.
- Article 9 (Disclaimers)
The Company is exempted from responsibility for providing services if it is impossible due to force majeure such as natural disasters, wars, or interruptions of services by period telecommunications service providers.
The Company is not responsible for service use disruptions caused by users' fault.
The Company is not responsible for the reliability, accuracy, etc., of the information, data, and facts posted by users concerning the services.
- Article 10 (Dispute Resolution)
The Company prioritizes handling valid opinions or complaints from users related to service use.
Lawsuits concerning e-commerce disputes between the Company and users are filed in the competent court under the Civil Procedure Act.
